Dr. Craig also uses acupuncture to promote hormonal balance, optimize fertility, as well as in preparation for labour and birth.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves using small, hair like needles on specific points on the body to stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities. A combination of acupuncture and other Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities, as well as nutritional and lifestyle advice will be given during your treatment for a truly holistic approach to health.
Our acupuncturist is also certified in Acusculpting & Mei Zen facial rejuvenation acupuncture. Facial rejuvenation works by breaking the skins barrier, which draws energy to the area, increases circulation and stimulates collagen production. These techniques are used to target complaints such as acne, scarring, melasma, rosacea, and to soften the signs of aging.

Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a gentle, non-invasive form of manual therapy. The goal of Osteopathic treatment is to restore health to an area by removing restrictions in all layers of tissue, as Osteopathy addresses the function of muscles, joints, nerves, blood vessels, and lymphatics. By removing restrictions, the body is better able to make use of its self-healing and self-regulating systems.
Osteopathic care has been found to be helpful for people of all ages with all types of health concerns, including: musculoskeletal issues, spinal health, traumatic injury, digestive irregularity, sleep problems, reproductive issues, respiratory health, and migraines.

They have a thorough understanding of how the body works and the mechanics required to keep it functioning optimally. During your appointment, your physio will use their expert knowledge in combination with hands on clinical assessment techniques to assess, diagnose and treat your symptoms. We offer a manual therapy approach, as well as Functional dry needling (IMS) and rehab exercises.
